You did not find air conditioning in the list of our services, don’t panic!

We explain the environmental reasons why it is not installed in our facility and tell you what we have put in place for your convenience.

Led by the City of Annemasse, the Etoile development zone, in which Nehô Suites Porte de Genève^★★★ is located, has been positioned, since its conception, on a level of exemplary environmental quality.

This desire has been put into practice with the limitation of rainwater discharges, the creation of a collective heating and cooling network (wood boiler project), and the installation of photovoltaic panels, all of which are part of a dynamic of minimal energy consumption.

To remain consistent with its energy objectives, the ZAC, by prefectural decision, no longer authorized the installation of traditional air conditioning systems beyond the first buildings constructed.

The Nehô Suites Porte de Genève^★★★ did not escape this administrative decision. However, to compensate for the lack of air conditioning, the management has installed a system of thermal films on the windows as well as fans in all the apartments and studios.

Without knowing it, by staying in our hotel you are about to participate in the “eco-district” concept, so well defended by the city of Annemasse, which wishes to offer its inhabitants a sustainable management of local resources.
