1. WHAT IS THE REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM?

The referral program allows our current customers (the sponsors) to recommend our hotel to their friends, family, or colleagues (the referred). In return, both the sponsor and the referred will receive a €30 voucher for their next stay.

 

2. WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM?

The Sponsor: You must create a customer account if you don’t already have one.

The Referred: The referred must not already have an existing customer account on our site (existing accounts are not eligible to receive the voucher).

The program is valid for bookings made for stays at our hotels only.

 

3. HOW DOES THE REFER A FRIEND PROGRAM WORK?

The Sponsor: From their customer account, the sponsor can invite referred individuals by filling in the details under the “Referral” tab (name, surname, email).

An email will be sent to each referred individual, who must follow the link provided (mandatory step) to create a new customer account.

The day after the account is created, the €30 voucher is automatically generated for your referred individual and is valid for their first stay. They will receive it by email and it will also be available directly in their customer space (benefits & loyalty section).

The sponsor will receive their €30 voucher as soon as the referred individual departs, by email, and it will also be available directly in their customer space (benefits & loyalty section).

 

4. WHAT ARE THE VALUES OF THE REFERRAL VOUCHERS?

Voucher for the referred: €30 for their first booking.

Voucher for the sponsor: €30 for each referred individual who completes a stay.

The sponsor can accumulate referred individuals to increase the value of their voucher. The sponsor has a single voucher, which accumulates in value until it is used (example: the sponsor has 3 referred individuals, a €90 voucher is generated. If they refer a 4th person, the voucher value automatically increases to €120).

The sponsor’s voucher can be partially used if the value of the voucher is higher than the amount of the booked stay. For example: the sponsor has a €300 voucher. They make a €100 booking. The initial voucher is used for €100, and a new voucher for €200 is generated, and so on.

Vouchers cannot be refunded at any time. Their use is limited to booking hotel stays on the website www.neho4you.com.

5. IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF REFERRED INDIVIDUALS A SPONSOR CAN INVITE?

No, there is no limit to the number of referred individuals a sponsor can invite. You can refer as many people as you wish!

 

6. HOW LONG ARE THE REFERRAL VOUCHERS VALID?

Voucher for the referred: The voucher is valid for 12 months and can only be used once, on their first booking.

Voucher for the sponsor: The voucher is valid for 12 months after it is received (on the day of the referred individual’s departure).

 

7. WHAT HAPPENS IS A BOOKING MADE WITH A VOUCHER IS CANCELED?

If a booking made with a voucher is canceled, the voucher amount will be credited back and can be used for another stay, as long as the voucher is still valid.

 

8. HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY REFERRAL HAS BEEN VALIDATED?

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your referred individual completes their stay and the referral voucher is generated for you. You will also be able to find your voucher directly in your customer account (benefits & loyalty section).

 

9. CAN I USE MY REFERRAL VOUCHER FOR ANY STAY?

Yes, you can use your referral voucher for any stay, as long as it is made within 12 months after the voucher is issued.

 

10. I’M NOT A MEMBER OF THE NEHÔ4YOU LOYALTY PROGRAM, CAN I STILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE REFERRAL PROGRAM?

Yes, of course! The referral program is open to all customers. Simply create a customer account to start referring and enjoy the gift vouchers. If you become a member of the Nehô4You loyalty program, you will receive additional discounts and surprises throughout the year.

 

11. CAN I REFER SOMEONE WHO HAS ALREADY STAYED AT THE HOTEL?

Only a customer who creates an account for the first time on Nehô4you can be referred. If the person has already stayed and has an account, they will not be eligible for the referral program.

 

12. ARE THERE ANY FEES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE REFERRAL PROGRAM?

No, participating in the referral program is completely free. You simply receive gift vouchers for each referred individual you bring.

 

13. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM WITH MY VOUCHER?

If you encounter a problem with your voucher (e.g., if you haven’t received it or if there is an issue with its application), please contact our customer service at [email protected], and we will help you resolve the situation.

 

14. CAN THE GIFT VOUCHERS BE TRANSFERRED OR ASSIGNED TO SOMEONE ELSE?

No, gift vouchers are personal and cannot be transferred to someone else. They are associated with the email of the sponsor or referred and must be used by the person to whom they were assigned.
