The ideal location of this residence in the city center of Cannes allows you to easily reach the motorway (15 minutes by car), the Cannes train station (15 minutes on foot) and Nice airport (30 minutes).

The 116 rooms and suites, for 1 to 7 people, offer comfort and modernity: 4K TV with video on demand, fitted terrace for some, Nespresso machine, equipped kitchenette…

To complete your leisure or business stay, many services are offered: 24-hour reception, free very high speed Wi-Fi, parking with EV chargers available, hot and cold breakfast, lounge bar, seminar rooms, room service.

Coming on a family trip? our communicating rooms are perfect for you and can accomodate up to 6 people! Our four-legged friends are also welcome at the residence and in the common areas (extra charge). However, they are not allowed in the breakfast lounge, the spa, or around the pool.

How to reach the hotel by car?

From Nice/Monaco: Take the A8 motorway towards Marseille/Cannes/Antibes.
Exit at junction 42 toward Cannes-Centre/Le Cannet. Follow D6285 Cannes-Centre/Le Cannet, join Avenue des Alliés/D6285, then turn right onto Boulevard Carnot/Boulevard Sadi Carnot/D6285. At the roundabout, continue straight along Boulevard Carnot.

From Aix-en-Provence/Marseille: Take the A8 motorway towards Nice/Mandelieu/Cannes.

The Cannes train station is located in the city center, just a 10-minute walk from the hotel, either along La Croisette or via the main shopping street Rue d’Antibes. You can also take the “E-lo” electric shuttle, which runs every 20 minutes, or a taxi.

Easily accessible, the residence is 27 km from Nice Côte d’Azur Airport (Terminal 1 or 2). The Cannes Express shuttle no. 210 connects the airport to downtown Cannes every 30 minutes. From there, it’s a 10-minute walk along La Croisette or Rue d’Antibes, or 5 minutes with the electric shuttle.
