Tread the cobblestones of the most charming district of Cannes!
Le Suquet is the oldest district of Cannes. Full of charm, it is located on the hill overlooking the old port, 1.8 km from the hotel.
Le Suquet is the origin of the city of Cannes: it is the strategic position of the latter (giving a perfect view of the land and the bay) that pushed Ligurian troops to settle there.
Le Suquet is made up of numerous medieval lanes, most of which are sloping, and which wind around the citadel, leading to the various small shops in Cannes.
During your stroll through this emblematic district, don’t miss the must-sees!
HISTORICAL MONUMENTS NOT TO BE MISSED
